$155 per 50 minute session with LPC-S and/or Senior Clinician
$125 per 50 minute session with LPC
$105 per 50 minute session with LPC-Associate/LCDC
$30 per 50 minute session with Student Intern

*Sliding scale available upon request and can be discussed with your therapist

We do not accept insurance.

Payment

We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.

Your “Good Faith Estimate”

Under the law, health care providers (including therapists) need to give clients who do not have or are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for therapy services.

• You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of services. This includes related costs like therapy sessions, consultations, report/letter writing or other preparation of documents, and court fees.
• Make sure your therapist or Graceview Counseling Center offers you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one business day before your therapy session. You can also ask your therapist for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a session or service.
• If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
