Qualifications
As a Nationally Certified Licensed Professional Counselor with Graceview Counseling Center, I offer teletherapy for individuals, couples, young adults, adolescents, and children. My specialty areas include: anxiety, depression, anger, grief, fear, and the challenges of marginalized populations.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Comparative Religion and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. In recent years I have had the privilege of working with adolescent and adult patients in psychiatric critical care facilities.

Scope of Practice
My counseling approach incorporates both emotional and spiritual support within the framework of traditional CBT, and my psychotherapeutic focus is to work towards facilitating self-healing through various solution-focused holistic modalities such as art therapy, meditation, and mindfulness. By encouraging my clients to explore creative expression, they are invited to discover the inner workings of their psyche.
